Struggled a little bit with the Speed and Agility workout. Had to wear the stupid knee brace again. Its the only way I can get it warmed up in time to be able to do these types of workouts. Probably need to walk away from my computer a little bit more when I’m working from home to stretch the legs out. Did not do that much better than the last time I did the Speed and Agility workout and I think its because my knee was not feeling right. I guess that’s what happens. Made a short video with my GoPro HD camera showing where I struggled and did well with.
Getting closer to the end of the Asylum workout. Day 22 was a rest day from the workout program but I still played double header softball games so it was not really a day off.
