It was a very productive week with 5 Insanity workouts. I really pushed myself through the mid week workouts and its getting a little easier to make it through all of the push ups and jumping. The amount of jumps I can do through a exercise has gone up and so has the amount of push ups I can do. The one thing I did notice was that my hips kept popping. The stretching you do with Insanity is focused a lot towards opening up the hips. They must have popped 3 times every day.
