The jet lag coming back from Hawaii kept me a little unmotivated this week. It took me almost 3 days to get use to the time change again. Once I got through it I decided it would be a good time to start my 4th round of P90X. Softball season is right around the corner and I like how I feel during the season when I’m doing P90X. My goal with this round is to do higher weights with less reps.
