If it would have been any other Insanity Asylum workout I might have passed on it as I was feeling beat up today.
The moves are not that hard and Shaun T takes it easy on you during this workout. Most of this workout involves stretching and breathing.
I’ve been tracking my progress with the workouts and how I do them with videos. This is the full Relief Workout sped up. Did not want to do a whole lot of editing because its such a short workout.
Almost done with week 2 of the Asylum workout. Tomorrow is Speed & Agility. Should be rested up by then for it.
