Day 17 – Beachbody Ultimate Reset

Had a really good day today. It feels like every day of the Restore Phase (week 3) of the Beachbody Ultimate Reset I get a little better than the day before. My body feels like its functioning better.

Big ol plate of fresh fruit for breakfast. Moroccan Carrot Salad over salad greens for lunch. Roasted Delicata Squash, Green Beans, and Toasted Millet for dinner. All of them were easy to make and turned out great.
