Always enjoy a easy day. Lots of working out and softball this past week. Needed a day to just chill. The Relief Workout is only about 30 minutes long and mainly involves stretching. Nothing intense at all.
Was sore all over so this was much needed. I like how this is before the Game Day and Overtime workout tomorrow. Did not do so well with those last time so hopefully I’ll be better rested and prepared to improve upon my results from last time.
Think I heard my bones crack and pop over 30 times doing the Relief Workout.
Only 12 more days of the Insanity Asylum workout.
