Day 3 – Beachbody Ultimate Reset

My lower back and legs started feeling a little bit of pain. Doing well besides those. The supplements are doing their job. Was getting tired earlier than normal.

I didn’t take a picture of any of the Ultimate Reset meals for today as breakfast was the same as day 1, lunch was a lentil and micro green salad, and we went out for sushi because the meal plan said we could have veggie rolls.
