Day 4 – Beachbody Ultimate Reset

My legs and lower back have been feeling very achey for 24 hours. I continue to fall asleep much earlier than usual. As soon as I hit the bed I am out.

Today’s Ultimate Reset meals included a plate of fresh fruit for breakfast, Lentil Lime & Microgreen Salad for lunch, and Stir-Fried veggies with Quinoa for dinner. They were so good.
