The P90X Affiliate Program

January 16, 2009 - Updated December 3, 2018

P90X Affiliate ProgramI receive a couple emails or comments a week from people trying to find out about the P90X affiliate program. People look all day for some place to sign up but just can’t find it. And the reason is because there is no P90X affiliate program.

Beachbody wanted to do something different from a traditional affiliate program where you put banners on your health or fitness related website and earn money when people click on those and buy something.

What they came up with is the Beachbody Coach opportunity.

What Is It?

Straight up, it’s a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) or sometimes called Network Marketing program. So what are you thinking right now? Everything you’ve ever heard about MLM’s is bad, right? They are pyramid schemes and people get ripped off, right? It’s a scam, right?

The problem is most people who get involved in those fail because they were expecting to make a quick buck and never put in the effort. It’s the truth. If you don’t treat it like a business then it will never become a business.

Its Sort Of A Affiliate Program

Beachbody, the company that makes P90X, set up the Beachbody Coach business opportunity because thousands of people who used their products achieved awesome results. Friends, family, and co-workers would notice their results and ask them what they are doing.

The person would refer them to Beachbody. People started calling in to Beachbody asking if they had a P90X affiliate program as so many people were sending business to them.

Beachbody took it one step further and created the coach opportunity to make a “P90X business” and not just an affiliate program.

Beachbody decided to reward those people who treat it like a business and let them keep their customers. It’s no secret that P90X works. Why would you ever want to join an affiliate program for a one and done commission payment when you can build a business and get paid multiple times from the same person?

Here comes the news you probably did not want to hear. It costs money to join!!

There’s a $39 sign up fee to start and a $15 fee every 5 weeks which covers order fulfilment, customer service, shipping, warehousing, and any other admin thing you don’t want to do. No inventory either.

It also covers the $70 MILLION in advertising Beachbody is spending a year branding their products. You get to “piggy back” off of it as everybody has heard of their products.

Its Better Than A P90X Affiliate Program

To be honest, Beachbody actually has an affiliate program with CJ.com. You can promote Beachbody products like P90X and earn 10% on each sale. A very traditional way.

What’s different with the Beachbody Coach route is you earn 25% on each sale plus you get to keep the customer name. This is huge as many people come back to buy nutritional products like Shakeology giving you future commissions from the same customer.

You can see how much more profitable it is to go this route over the traditional affiliate program. The sign up and monthly fee are peanuts in the long run.

Network Marketing Only If You Want To

You are not required to sponsor new people or get into the network marketing side of promoting P90X. Go right ahead and promote the products only if you want. Maybe some of your customers will want to sign up on their own in the future.

If you see the value in starting a “P90X Business” over being a P90X affiliate then I want you to know that I am here to help.

If you currently run a health/fitness website, are looking for a work from home business, or looking for a way to promote some great health products and make some money then being a Beachbody Coach is the way to go.

If you have questions please contact me. I’ll reply asap. I hope this article helps you in deciding to be a Beachbody Coach over looking for a basic P90X affiliate program.

looks like not only do you make money by selling the programs, you make money for enrolling people in the affiliate program, too.

    @ Ted

Just click on the Beachbody Coach link. That is the replicated site you get.

Can you make good money just by selling the products on your website, or is it like other MLM’s where the only good money will be made if you sign others up under you?

    @ Chris

Yes to both plus others. I wouldn’t even call it selling. I tell people what works for me and they try it. That’s it. The business part just comes along with it as anybody who has really tried P90X or Insanity knows that the program works. People like results and that’s what they get when they try the workouts.

Is there any other way to sell this product via my website? Can I run the affilliate link through Amazon.com?

Can I join Beachbody even though I am form the UK?

    @ Dave

Unforunately no. Only U.S citizens can be a Beachbody Coach right now. I have heard that Canada is in the works but nothing for Europe right now.

They have pre-made banners you can put up. It would be better to be a Beachbody Coach and earn $29 for each sale then to earn $7 via Amazon when they sell for the same price.

Interesting, I always thought that there had to be some sort of beachbody affiliate program, seeing as there are hundreds of websites out there with what appear to be hoplinks to Beachbody programs.
    Guess you proved me wrong.

    @ Colin

Beachbody does have a normal affiliate program available but you earn less and turn the customer over to Beachbody. When you sign up as a Beachbody Coach you earn more and get to keep the customer name which lets you earn future commissions from them. Plus, you get to build a relationship with them and keep each other motivated on their fitness goals. You don’t have to do that but I choose to because I enjoy seeing people’s transformations.

I actually saw this opportunity on another wbsite but like this one way more. I own and operate a supplement and nutrition website and wanted to promote a training regimen through an affiliate program. I’m sold. I have been seeing the results from P90 AND P90X for years through friends. I go to a traditional gym but it’s time for that to end. Even though I haven’t used the system myself I can say it does yield excellent results and with the traffic my website generates I should have no problem moving a promoting this product. I am glad I found this site as it is informative and could easily motivate a dead person to jump in to the business as well as try the products. Good work and I ‘ll see ya at the top 🙂

With me being in Califorina I am no longer an affiliate with Amazon, because of the new law that went into effect July1. So how will it affect my income being an affiliate here?

  20. Brad Gibala says

Reg – You will want to sign up as a Beachbody Coach. You will earn more money promoting P90X this way then through the Beachbody affiliate program via Amazon.

Hi, I have been researching this business opp for the last week. I understand how to make money with Beach body but I am confused about how many ways you can get paid/make sales. From what I understand there’s two ways.
#1 Selling the product from your own online store.
#2 Building your team by sign up new coaches.

But what I notices is that people promoting Beach body are sending people direct to the cooperate site. Is that another way to make money? Is Beach body tracking info then paying you if the customer makes a purchase from the teambeachbody site?

Also, what’s up with the Shake? I mean, do you have to sell it? I want to focus on the programs, the shake is not something I see myself promoting? What are your thought’s?

    Sherrod

You are correct about #1 and #2. There are other ways you can through #2 and your team of coaches like a matching and rank bonus.

You can drop ship the products yourself. Beachbody does track your sales for you.

You dont have to sell Shakeology but you will want to. It and the other nutritional products are the only way you’ll be able to build a solid residual income. You would be better off in the long run promoting Shakeology then P90X. People buy P90X once. They buy Shakeology every month.
