The P90X2 X Core workout is used during Phase 1 of the P90X2 workout. X2 Core is geared to develop a strong core area because it is the base of most of the moves you’ll be doing throughout the 90 days of P90X2. Tony Horton tests you with a variety of exercises in this 57 minute long workout. Equipment used in the X2 Core workout include the stability ball, rumble roller, and medicine ball.
