It felt good to get in a round of yoga from all of the moving that I had been doing lately. There was a bit of soreness going through my body the next day from that one. I think I finally have a route to run around my new place in Royal Oak. It comes out to about 20 minutes of running which is about 2 miles for me. It was nice to get in 6 miles this week.
Surprisingly I almost tied my personal chin up record doing P90X Legs and Back last week. My previous amount was 82 and I hit 77 this time. What surprised me is that I have not been in a good routine lately and it feels like I have lost some of the results I worked so hard to get. Looks like I proved myself wrong.
My goal for this upcoming week is to run 15 miles and do P90X 3 times. Softball season is two weeks away and I want to be ready.
