Monday (6/29/09) Day Off
Tuesday (6/30/09) Power 90 Sculpt Phase 3-4 – This is my favorite Power 90 workout. I enjoy it because its only 45 minutes long including the Ab Ripper 200 at the end which is only 5 minutes long.
Wednesday (7/1/09) Day Off
Thursday (7/2/09) P90X Back & Biceps – This was not one of my best performances. The amount of pull ups and chin ups I normally do went down by 7. I have been trying a new way to do pul ups as I have learned that my form was not correct. Regardless, I usually do 50 total during the entire workout and now I only did 43. I did up the weight I did curls with so this might have used energy up. I looked at my rep counts and they were all at 15 the past couple of weeks. This time I increased the weight by 2-5 pounds and could only do 10 – 12 reps.
Friday (7/3/09) 5 Mile Bike Ride – My girlfriend and I went for a casual bike ride over to a friends house who lives 2.5 miles away for a BBQ.
Saturday (7/4/09) P90X Chest, Shoulders & Triceps – I really got at it today. After feeling discouraged about my Back & Bicep workout from Thursday I really pushed myself. I increased the weight I used with my Bowflex Selecttech Dumbbells and did 10 more push ups then I normally do. I felt really good all day from working out as we went boating with some friends on Lake St.Clair to celebrate the 4th of July.
